BALANCE is a 600 m² concept project that brings together retail and café functions within a single spatial composition. Using a material palette dominated by concrete and metal, the design creates a strong, understated atmosphere grounded in the real world.
The integration of the store and café functions was treated as one of the project's fundamental design decisions.
